Montessori Education
Experience in Montessori environments has supported an approach centred on independence, practical learning, sensory development, confidence and respect for each child's individual pace.
EarlyBridge was created to provide supportive, inclusive and child-centred approaches for families and young children during the important early years of development.
EarlyBridge focuses on children aged 0–5 where parents, carers or early-years practitioners have noticed or suspect a developmental difference or delay.
Its role is to provide earlier structured screening and practical support while formal assessment and statutory processes continue.
The approach is intentionally parent-friendly, reassuring and clear about professional boundaries.
EarlyBridge is built around listening to families, understanding each child's individual needs and using structured observations to guide practical support.
EarlyBridge was founded by an experienced education and care professional with a strong commitment to inclusive early years education and child-centred support.
With an Associate Degree in Education, a Montessori Diploma, and a Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare, the founder brings together experience across education, childcare, special educational needs, and care. This combination provides a strong understanding of both the educational and wider wellbeing needs of children.
The founder has several years of experience in Montessori education, having worked as a Montessori Child Minder and Junior Lecturer in an early years setting.
During this time, the focus was on creating nurturing learning environments, encouraging independence, developing practical and sensory skills, and supporting children's social and emotional development.
Experience also includes supporting children with additional learning needs, including autistic children , with an emphasis on individualised support, communication, confidence, and independence.
There has also been foundational experience working alongside speech and language professionals to support communication strategies and children's language development.
In addition to educational experience, professional work in healthcare has strengthened expertise in person-centred care, safeguarding, dignity, wellbeing, personal care, infection control, and supporting individuals with different needs .
This broader experience has helped shape EarlyBridge's approach to supporting children as individuals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
The founder has also undertaken further professional development in Teaching Assistance, Safeguarding in Education, Prevent Awareness, Montessori practice, and health and community care .

EarlyBridge was created from a belief that children benefit most when education, care, communication, and emotional wellbeing are considered together.
The founder's experience has highlighted the importance of recognising each child's individual strengths, needs, interests, and pace of development.
EarlyBridge therefore aims to provide supportive, inclusive, and nurturing approaches that help children build confidence, develop independence, strengthen communication, and develop a positive relationship with learning.
Every child has their own way of learning, communicating, and developing. EarlyBridge was created to help provide the understanding, encouragement, and individualised support that allows each child to move forward with confidence.
Through EarlyBridge, the founder aims to bring together professional experience in Montessori education, inclusive learning, SEN support, communication development, and care to create meaningful opportunities for children and families.
